DC Style Design is a licensed, full-service landscape contractor committed to building quality projects for our customers with custom-tailored, thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces. We are qualified to manage every aspect of your landscaping project, from preliminary design plans to site prep, installation, and construction management.

OUR PROCESS
DC Style Pools, Landscape & Design is a licensed, full-service pool and landscape contractor committed to building a quality project for our customers with over 38 years of design & construction experience.
The first step in the process is scheduling a complimentary onsite consultation to discuss your outdoor space, wish list and budget with one of our talented designers. They will collaborate closely with you throughout the entire process from start to finish to create an outdoor design that reflects your needs and style.
For you to better visualize your new outdoors, the designer will present a computer aided 3D model of your space, along with pricing associated with your project. Our construction contract minimum is $15,000.
Once the construction contract is signed, we will prepare the construction plans to review with you before applying for engineering and permits to begin construction. We also handle your HOA submittals, permits and engineering which allows us to complete this process in a much quicker timeframe.
